The first 40 law students to register on TWEN will compete.

ARBITRATION COMPETITION

The BOA Arbitration Team will represent Thurgood Marshall School of Law at the ABA Law Student Division Texas Regional Arbitration Competition.

The ABA Regional Competition will occur on November 7 - 8, 2008 at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas.

Our Arbitration Team will be composed of BOA members.

Only BOA members may try out.

The scope of the negotiations competition, according to the ABA, is to recognize the importance of negotiation in resolving disputes and structuring transactions.
